the proper drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other documents
necessary to an appropriate estate plan.
Upon the death of a loved one, We can assist in probating
the will; obtaining a judgment declaring heirs if necessary; administering
the decedent's estate; and distributing the decedent's property to those
entitled to receive it. If a family member is incapacitated, we can
assist in obtaining the appointment of a guardian to manage their personal
and/or financial affairs.
